Injury Report


All accidents that lead to a fighter being injured and requiring professional (doctor, nurse, etc.) medical care will be reported to the kingdom earl marshal within 24 hours. The injury report below shall be utilized and forwarded to the kingdom earl marshal as soon as possible. Any incident involving injury to a spectator or property damage to a site as a result of marshallate activity shall also be reported and the below form filled out. Please make sure, as marshal, to reference this report (by date and your name) in the report you make to the regional marshals.

This report will be sent to the Earl Marshal.
