| Lord Raphe Cuthbert (Ian Walden) |
|
| Raphe Cuthbert is a wandering scribe and occasional archer. He is the 2nd son of a Northumbrian nobleman, who was packed off to the monastery on Lindisfarne. The monastic life did not agree, and after an incident with a local young lady, he was packed off to make his way in the world. Despite inheriting the family estates after the death of his father and older brother, he still prefers to wander the land, seeing what is out there. | |
| Ian Walden is a freelance communications consultant. When he isn't travelling back in time, he lives in the New Forest with his wife and two cats. He is believed to enjoy a decent beer or cider on occasions. | |
