Fees are per person. There will be a late fee charged for bookings after 15 March 2013.
Meals
The above prices include breakfast and a light lunch.
There will be an additional charge for evening meals and feast. These meals will be booked separately.

The plan is to have the site kitchen cook the meals. They have offered to cook medieval dishes for us, thus releasing our Kingdom's cooks from having the spend their event in the kitchens. This has yet to be confirmed, so watch this space for further details.
The castle shop has snacks and drinks for sale between 07:30 and 20:00
We will also be running a 20-Year Tavern, courtesy of His Excellency Baron Agilmar Martell von Sevelingen. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available. Opening times to be determined.
Travel
Pick-ups are available from Witzenhausen, organised by the castle staff. There is a fee for this, but it will depend on the number of people requiring it.
A taxi can be taken from Witzenhausen for a fee of € 15.
Other Costs
Bedding can be rented from the castle for a small fee - € 5
The sauna can be booked for an additional fee of € 45 for 2 hours plus € 15 per additional hour.

Payment Details
Payments may be paid in Euro or British Pounds.
Euro payments may be made by transfer to the event account, details will be provided on reservation.
Sterling payments may be made by cheque to the Drachenwald account, details will be provided on reservation.
Half the amount must be paid within six weeks of your reservation or the reservation is void. The balance must be paid not later than the 20 April 2013.
To make it easier for families they can pay the down payment in three instalments. 1/3 after 6 weeks, 1/3 after 10 weeks and 1/3 after 14 weeks. The balance must be paid by 20 April 2013.
Residents outside the EU should send confirmation of flight details. We will not hold your reservation if we not receive that confirmation within six weeks of reservation.
Should you find that you are not able to attend please cancel your reservation immediately. We will not be able to make any refunds after the 20 April 2013 unless we can fill your slot with somebody from the waiting list.
